RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required for all weekends. There is a two night minimum
on weekends and three night minimum on holiday weekends. A credit card
is required to hold a reservation. Upon your arrival you will have the choice
of either paying by cash, check or credit card. If you choose to pay with a
credit card there is an additional 5% surcharge. Reservations can be made
9 am to 5 pm daily by phone, seven days a week at (815) 732-6804. If you
get our answering machine, please leave your name and phone number.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to hold your reservation until your scheduled arrival date. There is no fee charged on your credit card if your reservation is cancelled one week prior (* two weeks prior for cabins) to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation the week of and up to 24 hours prior (*within two weeks of your arrival date for cabins) to your arrival date, one-half of the fee is charged to your credit card. The full amount will be charged for no-shows or if you cancel your reservation on your arrival date. When you cancel, your site will be forfeited to another camper. Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature.
